So Who is Alianza?
Alianza Elder Support Centers was founded in 2019 by its CEO Adriana Vazquez Shelton to provide an individualized and coordinated program of activities for elders in the twin cities metro area. Services are directed at maintaining or improving a person's ability to self-care and can include health, social, and nutritional improvements. Through our program our main goal is to help achievement specific outcomes as identified after an assessment in a service plan. We provide needed support for an older adult or person with disabilities who has a functional limitation and needs supervised care outside of his or her residence during the day.

Adriana Vazquez Shelton, Founder & CEO
Adriana Shelton is a fully bilingual (English/Spanish) proven leader with over 30 years of experience in the fields of business development, staff training and leadership of 5 up to 1800 staff members. Her experience was achieved through numerous successful careers in various major corporations as well as non-profit organizations in Minnesota and Florida. As the founder of Alianza Enterprises, LLC in 2019 she dedicated her time and efforts to create a place where MN elders can be assisted in reducing and/or eliminating the depression and isolation that is so common within this community. Her vision is to expand these services throughout MN for elders of all languages and backgrounds.
